Sonia Anderson

Sonia has been teaching fitness classes for 20 years and is a certified group fitness Instructor. Having been overweight and inactive for most of her life, Sonia knew she was headed for health troubles. At the age of 29, she decided that she wanted to live to see her children grow and do all the things she dreamed.

Sonia made a commitment to living a healthy, active lifestyle.

She became a certified instructor to help others learn how to do the same.

Amanda Woodall

Dance Fitness/ Boot Camp

Amanda being overweight most of her life was tired of being sick and tired. Amanda lost over 100lbs and started teaching Zumba. She loved how she felt and wanted to teach others how to change their life as well. She opened FBF and is excited to help others with their fitness goals. 

Valerie Hoagenson


Valerie has been teaching yoga continuously since July 2018. She enjoys seeing the progress of people as they take classes. She is always doing a personal practice of her own and loves to teach what she is learning to classes. She never has a specific class design laid out, she lets the audience be her guide about how she should lead the class. Valerie enjoys yoga herself personally  because it teaches her how to live off of the mat. It has helped her find inner peace, relieves back pain, and has helped her gain a crazy amount of strength throughout her entire body. I can't wait to meet you in class :) Remember the first class is free and we love newcomers!
